Becca believes in the power of conversation to strengthen communities and has led healthy dialogue practices in high schools, universities, civic organizations, faith communities, as well as in her own family and community. She specializes in large scale dialogue and adapting the LRC model for different settings, positioning conversation as a starting point for greater change and understanding.
